I provide somatic (of the body) relationships coaching for men & couples. My practical, unconventional approach is informed by neuroscience, land based connection, relational psychology & historical context.
Conflict is an inevitable part of any long term relationship. How we navigate that conflict ultimately determines the potential for health & longevity in a given relationship.
I work with folks who are struggling to navigate conflict in ways that honor the mutual dignity of themselves & their loved ones. I specialize in situations where men are emotionally "walling off" from their loved ones & struggling to allow deeper connections while providing for their families.
I teach simple practices that generate awareness of internal body sensations. These practices generate awareness of our habitual behaviors & responses. By noticing them we cultivate space to change them.
I guide men & couples into witnessing themselves & their loved ones in a judgement free container.
I teach relational technologies of acknowledgement, repair & mature boundary setting that facilitate relational healing, build trust & deepen felt connection.
Over the course of the last 15 years I have taken a deep dive into the study of human development. These studies have continuously brought me back to the critical importance of our relationships on our overall health & wellbeing as individuals & collectives.
