You cannot transmit wisdom & insight to another person. The seed is already there. A good teacher touches the seed, allowing it to wake up, to sprout & to grow.

Simply put Spiritual Counsel sessions provide space for you to heal. 

Healing happens in these containers through developing self-governance skills & by connecting with the energies that influence life in safe, supportive, reverent ways.

These sessions are for individuals &/ or couples. They also double as mentorship containers for Men interested in mentorship with me.

I pull from 15+ years of work across a broad spectrum of modalities & teachings. Each session is a unique with common themes including: 

• Connecting to embodied memory & the preverbal truths residing within.
• Leaning into connection with benevolent powers beyond us.
• Moving energy.
• Adjusting focus & perspective through compassionate inquiry.

Sessions are 60-90 minutes long based on preference & need. They are charged on a sliding scale of $111-$555.
