You cannot transmit wisdom & insight to another person. The seed is already there. A good teacher touches the seed, allowing it to wake up, to sprout & to grow.

Spiritual Counsel sessions offer a space to settle into our essence & allow what is real within to make itself known.

These containers provide people with space to heal through radical acceptance alongside ritualized transformational practice.

As a facilitator of this work I pull from 15+ years of working with the strata of the human experience across a broad spectrum of modalities & teachings. Each session is a unique, emergent ritual with common themes including: 

• Connecting to embodied memory & the preverbal truths residing within.
• Leaning into connection with benevolent powers beyond us.
• Moving energy.
• Adjusting focus & perspective through compassionate inquiry.

Spiritual Counsel sessions are for individuals &/ or couples who feel the pull to heal into a more profound & reverent connection to self & other.

Sessions are 60-90 minutes long based on preference & need. They are charged on a sliding scale of $111-$555.
