Mens Work is a container designed to allow men to drop into reverent, transformational practice in a space that is safe enough for vulnerability to emerge. Each session is a unique combination of ritual, breath work, spiritual inquiry & discussion.

We invite all who identify as men to come as they are, pay what they can & show up for this work with an open heart.

These sessions occur on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7-9pm Mystic Flora Apothecary.

They are facilitated by Michael Barrios & myself (Elden Vala).
